Join hundreds of attendees from across the state for the 6th Annual Women's Leadership Conference.  Attendees at every age and every stage (from entry level to senior leadership) are invited to attend this high-impact, interactive leadership conference, which is designed to provide attendees with powerful framework and tools to grow professionally and personally and become more effective leaders and the best version of themselves.

"Great leaders don't tell you what to do, they show you how it's done." - Unknown

The conference is developed by a committee of women with the intention of energizing, supporting, developing and educating women leaders and those who desire to become leaders. While the conference has always been open to women and men, we encourage men to be actively involved in becoming a champion of women in leadership through their attendance and the support of others' attendance.

Please note:  Your business/organization does not need to be a member of the Greater Wausau Chamber of Commerce in order to attend this event.

Hoffman's Keynote Presentation:
"The Survivor Way"
As we survive life's challenges, we come face-to-face with fear and uncertainty.  Challenges may allow us to step out of our comfort zone and push ourselves above and beyond our own self-limitations.  It is how we choose to overcome challenges that make us who we are in life.  It is our strength in times of difficulty that prove our character and self-worth.  Hoffman will share her experience of being on a reality show and encourage you to think about how you decide to survive on a daily basis.  Additionally, Hoffman will encourage attendees to think about six words to develop their survival skills.  With Hoffman's six simple words, attendees can take on any challenge.  Adversity is not so much contending with problems as it is learning more about who you really are and what is inside of you.  Explore your true survival skills.
